To study women’s issues defined as the capacity of women for rational decision-making and examines gender gaps at micro and macro level of every sectors and prepare reports, draw recommendations including enactment of legislation to provide equal-pay rights.
To promote women’s self-sufficiency in achieving their rights.
To develop and organize programs for women to concur or build up confidence, women’s individual agency (autonomy) and collective agency (Groups, CBO’s, NGO’s, institutions, networks etc.) from grassroots, national and international level.
To establish systematic data bank of women’s agency in every sector.
To eradicate all types of gender discrimination at local, national and international level through disseminating findings of research.
To coordinate and network with women headed organizations for joint action research and action plans.
